In the morning, the group first came to Huifeng Company and visited the organic fertilizer green production materials workshop, fermentation workshop, disc granulation workshop, and finished product storage workshop. Director Mao showed a strong interest in the company's use of food-grade yeast nutrient solution as the raw material for organic fertilizers. He said that in his impression, organic fertilizer factories usually have a pungent smell, but here, instead of the pungent smell, there is a smell of fermented sugar and wine. Teacher Guo, the technical director, gave a detailed explanation of the core raw materials of organic fertilizers, such as yeast nutrient solution, distiller's grains residue, tobacco stem powder, wheat bran, and bran, which are plant-based green production raw materials, and explained why their organic fertilizers have no pungent smell. In response to the strong interest of the visitors in the special formula fertilizers for crops, Dr. Liu Bo gave a comprehensive interpretation of the products from the aspects of the company's product design concept of "medium concentration, full nutrition, and multi-function", the optimal formula ratio of macronutrients that meets the needs of the soil and crops simultaneously, the reasonable combination of macronutrients and medium and trace nutrients, the addition of slow and controlled release components, and the effective addition of organic materials such as potassium humate and humic acid.
