【News】Yishizhuang Invited to Participate in the Rapeseed Industry Event in Hubei Province

From April 24th to 26th, the Rapeseed Office of Hubei Province and the Agriculture Bureau of Wuxue City jointly held a grand inspection and observation meeting on new products, new technologies, and new models of rapeseed in Hubei Province in Wuxue City. Relevant leaders from the Wuxue City Government and the Rapeseed Office of Hubei Province, scientific research institutions such as Huazhong Agricultural University, the Rapeseed Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Yichang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Xiangyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Jingzhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Huanggang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as well as the directors of the grain and oil sections of the agricultural technology promotion centers in 35 key urban areas of Hubei Province, totaling more than 150 people, gathered together to discuss the development plan of the rapeseed industry. Hubei Yishizhuang Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd., as a research and development and production enterprise of special fertilizers for rapeseed, was invited to participate in this meeting.


 

Inspection and Observation Meeting on New Products, New Technologies, and New Models of Rapeseed in Hubei Province
The meeting was chaired by Director Cai Junsong of the Rapeseed Office of Hubei Province. He pointed out that it is necessary to vigorously develop the new model of green development of rapeseed, promote scientific and technological innovation, and comprehensively apply new technologies for high yield and high efficiency of rapeseed from multiple perspectives such as varieties, cultivation, fertilizers, chemical control, and mechanization. It is necessary to accelerate the full-process mechanized production of rapeseed and promote the construction of the protection area for double-low high-quality rapeseed. Researcher Zhang Xuekun from the Oil Crops Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Lu Jianwei from Huazhong Agricultural University, and Director Lu Mingxing of the Rapeseed Office of Hubei Province respectively gave special reports on the "345" model of green high-yield and high-efficiency technologies for rapeseed, the full-process nutrient management of rapeseed, and the green and healthy development of the rapeseed industry. The three reports explained from different angles the important role played by Yishizhuang's special slow (controlled) release fertilizer for rapeseed in adapting to new rapeseed varieties to achieve high yield and quality improvement, supporting new cultivation technologies to achieve increased production and efficiency, and combining with rapeseed mechanization to achieve simultaneous seeding of seeds and fertilizers in rapeseed production. The participating representatives exchanged the experiences and practices of carrying out the green high-yield and high-efficiency model of rapeseed in various places and fully affirmed the design concepts such as the slow (controlled) release technology of special fertilizers for rapeseed, the addition of medium and trace elements, and the supplementation of humic acid organic materials.

On the afternoon of the 24th, the participating experts conducted on-site inspections of the demonstration experiments in large areas such as the creation of the "345" model for green high-yield and high-efficiency of rapeseed in Dafasi Town, Yishizhuang's special slow (controlled) release fertilizer for rapeseed, and the scientific and technological research on ultra-high yield of new rapeseed varieties. They also organized on-site yield measurement and acceptance. The results showed that when Yishizhuang's fertilizer was used with the locally promoted rapeseed variety Yangguang 2009, the yield per mu reached 211.03 kilograms. Compared with the conventional fertilization treatment, on the basis of reducing 4 total nutrient contents, the yield increase reached a very significant level. The overall growth of rapeseed was characterized by thick stems, vigorous branching, increased siliques, and increased 1000-grain weight. These agronomic indicators are the basis for achieving high yield of rapeseed. Professor Lu Jianwei, a scientist in the national rapeseed industry system and from Huazhong Agricultural University, summarized the four characteristics and advantages of Yishizhuang's special slow (controlled) release fertilizer for rapeseed on site: comprehensive nutrition, quality improvement and efficiency increase; long-term slow release, synchronized supply and demand; one-time application, time and labor saving; increased production and income, ecological and environmental protection.
