Integrate Technological Advantages and Weaken the Import Pattern

According to statistics, China is the world's largest importer of rapeseed oil. At present, in order to enhance farmers' enthusiasm for planting, tap the potential of agricultural science and technology, and weaken the country's rapeseed oil import pattern, domestic expert teams, leading groups, research institutes, and relevant enterprises and institutions are also working hard to integrate science and technology and resources, and actively promote the expansion of rapeseed planting area, the implementation of full mechanization, the improvement of technology, and the increase in yield per unit area and quality.

The implementation of a series of projects such as the "345" model of green high-yield and high-efficiency rapeseed technology and the "Integrated Research and Demonstration of Technology for Reducing Fertilizer and Pesticide Application in Rapeseed" has brought considerable benefits to the development of the country's rapeseed science and technology and economic development.

On June 1, 2019, the working meeting of the executive expert group of the national key research and development program "Integrated Research and Demonstration of Technology for Reducing Fertilizer and Pesticide Application in Rapeseed" was held in Yichang, Hubei. Hubei Yishizhuang Company, as a sub-project unit of the eighth subject of the project, participated in this meeting and was responsible for the co-organization work.

The purpose of this meeting was to study the project result summary plan, analyze and solve existing problems, implement the spirit of project fund management, and further promote the project work. The winter rapeseed harvest has been indirectly completed, and the spring rapeseed is in a critical growth stage. Therefore, it is currently the best time to obtain yield and growth data. The person in charge of each subject reported in detail the research results obtained by the subject group. Professor Lu Jianwei, the project leader, said that the progress and results of each subject were good. The core technology, based on the concept of specialization, simplicity, high efficiency and greenness, should be further systematized and quantified from sowing to harvesting, and the internal integration of the project should be strengthened.

Refine technical parameters and optimize landmark achievements. The project team said that in the next step, the design plan should be strengthened and refined and implemented. In terms of how to integrate common technologies, mature technologies should be given priority, core technologies should be innovated, and highlights should be led in and out, so as to speed up the implementation of the project.

After the meeting, the project expert group visited Hubei Yishizhuang Company. Professor Lu Jianwei, the project leader and the technical support for the company's slow-release fertilizer for rapeseed, introduced in detail the R & D and application of the products. Liu Zufeng, the company's chairman, accompanied the visit to the production workshop and product warehouse, and introduced the company's development history and general situation.
