From July 3rd to 6th, Yishizhuang's 2025 Mid-Year Marketing Strategy Focus Meeting was grandly held at Yuan'an International Hotel in Hubei. With the theme of "Deepening Strategic Layout and Concentrating Efforts on Market Breakthroughs", this meeting brought together core teams from eight national regions. On the morning of July 4th, General Manager Liu Derui centered his opening speech on the core theme of "Identify Gaps, Define Strategies, and Ensure Achievement", and directly addressed the current situation of the business segments in the first half of the year. He specially commended teams that made breakthroughs against the trend, including Du Chenghua from Zigui, Yang Jinming from Kaifeng, and the Central South Region. At the same time, he pointed out three major shortcomings: market response, digital marketing, and product promotion. General Manager Liu emphasized: "Gaps are a wake-up call, and more importantly, they represent room for growth!"



Pan Chuanbo, Director of the Marketing Department, systematically analyzed the upgraded product system and launched strategic new products on-site:


Superconducting·Organic Water-Soluble Fertilizer: Adopting superconducting submicron technology to achieve turbine-level nutrient acceleration, improving nutrient absorption efficiency and eliminating slow absorption.


Antai Duo·Biostimulant: A 5-ALA small-molecule active peptide that combines two effects—stress resistance and root promotion.


Two upcoming products under development were previewed:


"Rapeseed Seed-Dressing Fertilizer" (integrated seed saving and seedling strengthening)


"Rice Panicle Fertilizer" (magnesium enrichment, grain strengthening, and lodging prevention)


Hu Xuejun from the Marketing Department guided the presentation of national experimental data on "Antai Duo":Sales personnel respectively shared the effects of corn seed-dressing experiments (Sichuan), rice seed-soaking experiments (Hubei), practical application on cabbage (Shaanxi), practical application on chrysanthemum (Anhui), practical application on Hami melon (Hainan), practical application on tea (Hubei), practical application on chives (Hainan), and practical application on peanuts (Henan).

Deng Tianming, Minister of the Agricultural Chemistry Department, systematically analyzed the structural characteristics, application methods, and application cases of the high-tower organic-inorganic series products, with a focus on explaining the mechanism of action of Yishizhuang's specially formulated fulvic acid.


Regional managers shared market application cases of crops such as rice, rapeseed, wheat, and citrus, and exchanged customer service experience and sales volume improvement strategies.


Efficiency Improvement Strategy for On-Site Observation MeetingsCombining excellent cases, Hu Xuejun from the Marketing Department analyzed how to plan on-site observation meetings with high conversion rates, including site selection, demonstration design, farmer invitation skills, and post-meeting follow-up, to expand influence from individual points to broader areas.


Practical Training on Agricultural Material Short-Video MarketingTan Yuan, Deputy Minister of the Brand Promotion Department, demonstrated short-video shooting skills on-site. She helped sales managers make good use of visual marketing tools from the aspects of shooting techniques and content, expanding the promotion coverage.


Information System Empowering TerminalsTraining was conducted on the intelligent application of the information system to help sales managers grasp inventory, sales data, and product information in real time, realizing the closed-loop management of "scientific goods allocation - precise marketing - efficient service".


From on-site field verification to digital tools, the meeting was driven by the "dual engines" of "visualized results + intelligent communication", promoting channel partners to transform from traditional sales to modern agricultural service providers.
