Taking Talent as the Core to Launch a New Chapter of Empowerment


At the beginning of the ceremony, Liu Zufeng, Chairman of the company and Dean of the Business School, delivered a speech, emphasizing that the establishment of Yishizhuang Business School is a key measure for the company's strategic transformation: "Against the backdrop of agricultural modernization and the high-quality development of the fertilizer industry, the core of enterprise competition lies in talent competition. The Business School should not only cultivate a compound team that understands technology, is good at management, and can innovate internally, but also output industry standards and technological achievements externally, empower partners in the industrial chain, and promote the common progress of the industry."



Zhu Huarong, Director of Human Resources and Administration of the company and Executive Dean of the Business School, elaborated on the construction plan of the internal trainer system: the first batch of eight appointed internal trainers are all from core departments such as production, agricultural chemistry, and marketing, with both practical experience and teaching ability. In the future, through special training in "course development, teaching skills, and digital tools", a professional internal trainer team will be built, and a curriculum system covering product knowledge, agricultural technology services, safety management and other fields will be formed.


Issuing Appointment Letters to Forge the "Hard Strength" of Internal Trainers


To improve the professional teaching ability of the internal trainer team, the Business School specially organized a special training on "Vivid Teaching Skills for Enterprise Internal Trainers" after the appointment ceremony. Focusing on the three cores of "accuracy of content, appeal of expression, and interactivity of the classroom", the training helped internal trainers quickly master the characteristics of adult learning and knowledge transformation skills through case analysis, situational simulation and other forms.



Two-Way Empowerment to Build a Learning Ecosystem


The event specially set up a session for the release of the "Internal Trainer Growth Plan". The Business School will establish a "credit system" assessment and incentive mechanism, and continuously improve the professional level of internal trainers through multi-dimensional evaluations such as "internal teaching, external communication, and course research and development". In addition, the Business School plans to cooperate with agricultural universities and industry associations to carry out "technology going to the countryside" activities, opening internal courses to distributors and growers, so as to strengthen the company's right to speak in the industry and its image of social responsibility.
