The lofty ambition when formulating the annual plan, the painstaking efforts in running around the vast market, and the proficiency in solving problems— it is precisely your hard work that has enabled Yishizhuang to grow stronger step by step.
       Just as the saying goes, "A train runs fast, all depending on the head locomotive." Looking back on this year, our leaders have invited professors from various universities to provide us with further education opportunities, constantly creating a better platform for us and paving a more unobstructed path. 

A single tree cannot make a forest. Every bit of our growth stems from our learning together. Each learning opportunity can enhance our individual comprehensive abilities, improve our knowledge level and basic skills, correct our work attitude, and thus boost our personal performance. As the enterprise is constantly growing, we must grow first.

Our sales representatives are our vanguards. They have been constantly on the go in the market throughout the year. You care deeply about our big family and pay attention to the messages in our company group every day, hoping to get the latest news about the company in the first place. Thanks to your promotion, Yishizhuang's products have been widely spread across the country. They have been applied to vast areas of land, nurturing countless fruits, vegetables, and other crops. They have also improved large tracts of acidified and compacted soil, creating a great deal of wealth for the common people.

Achievements require hard work. During each monthly meeting and annual meeting, what we see is not just column after column of data and one curve graph after another. We also record every bit of the toil and effort.

Of course, as the company's scale and market are constantly expanding, and the popularity of our products is increasing, we first acknowledge the leadership and then our frontline staff. However, behind them are also the logistics personnel who have been making silent contributions. The company has always adhered to soil testing and formulated fertilization. Our laboratory technicians shuttle between the laboratory, the fields, and the workshops. The sales logistics staff also provide the sales representatives with first-hand information in a timely manner. It is with their coordination that our work proceeds in an orderly manner.

When summarizing the past year and positioning ourselves for the coming year, first and foremost, we are ordinary people. Secondly, we are those engaged in the agricultural materials industry. And finally, we are members of Yishizhuang. Every day, we serve the common people. Firstly, in our identity as ordinary people, I hope that every farmer can reap the rewards of their hard work after a year of cultivation. Secondly, in our capacity as those in the agricultural materials industry, we tell them how to farm scientifically. And finally, as members of Yishizhuang, we introduce our products. As the masters of these products, we also hope to gain the approval of the general public. Their affirmation determines our future.
