On the morning of June 14th, led by Director Tang Hao of the Yiling District Science and Technology Bureau, more than 100 people, including the responsible persons in charge of science and technology from各乡镇 (townships and villages) in the district, enterprises, and some staff members of the Science and Technology Bureau, visited Yishizhuang for inspection and guidance. The inspectors went deep into the company's production workshops, conducted on-site visits, and listened to the introduction by the company's technicians about the company's transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the functional features of products, the application effects of products, and scientific and technological services. Liu Zufeng, General Manager of Yishizhuang, and Zhen Xiangyu, Deputy General Manager, accompanied the visit.

First of all, Dr. Liu Bo from the Science and Technology R&D Department gave a brief introduction to the leaders and visitors about the development overview of Yishizhuang Company. He emphasized that after more than 20 years of continuous development, Yishizhuang has always adhered to the concept of driving enterprise development through technological innovation. It has carried out close cooperation with scientific research institutions and universities such as the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Huazhong Agricultural University, Nanjing Agricultural University, South China Agricultural University, and Zhengzhou University, and has been constantly developing new formulas, new products, and new technologies. At present, the company has four branch companies under its jurisdiction, and its products cover four categories: special formula fertilizers for crops, functional bio-organic fertilizers, organic-inorganic water-soluble fertilizers, and green and environmentally friendly soil conditioners, forming a high-tech enterprise in central China integrating R&D, production, sales, and service.

Subsequently, everyone visited the production workshops of special formula fertilizers for crops and compound fertilizers. The technicians gave a detailed explanation of the special formula fertilizers for crops in combination with the theoretical basis of soil testing and formula fertilization. Compared with general-purpose fertilizers, they focused on introducing the product advantages of Yishizhuang's series of special formula fertilizers for crops developed in cooperation with scientific research institutions and universities in terms of optimizing the proportion of fertilizer components, adding functional components such as medium and trace elements, biological regulatory substances, and organic substances. According to the fertilization principle of "big formula, small adjustment", the application of formula fertilizers in actual production is further optimized and supplemented through the production of compound fertilizers.

         In the production and storage workshops of organic fertilizers, technicians provide a detailed interpretation of the functional characteristics of Yishizhuang's series of organic fertilizers from the perspectives of the selection of high-end raw materials for organic fertilizers, the fermentation process of functional microorganisms, and the research and development of water-soluble organic fertilizer products. Yishizhuang's series of organic fertilizer products select high-end organic raw materials such as yeast concentrated nutrient solution and biochemical fulvic acid, and are combined with natural plant sources, which greatly preserves the effective ingredients and functional diversity of the products. Through cooperation with Professor Shen Qirong from Nanjing Agricultural University in the field of microbial fermentation, the company independently ferments and expands the reproduction of functional microorganisms, ensuring high purity and high activity, thus improving the effectiveness of microbial organic fertilizers. The currently launched high tower project of the company promotes the implementation of the water-soluble direction of organic fertilizers and improves the utilization rate of nutrients.

       After the visit, Director Tang Hao spoke highly of the achievements made by Yishizhuang Company in technological innovation in recent years. He hoped that the company, based on its status as a high-tech enterprise, would focus on strengthening the research and development and design of new functional fertilizers such as organic fertilizers and high-end water-soluble fertilizers, and actively promote the innovation and upgrading of technologies in both the production process and products, so as to meet the needs of the country's agricultural development.
