[Focus] The Yishizhuang organic fertilizer package has been applied in the watermelon fields in Yiling District, and the watermelon fields are now ready for cultivation!

In the sweltering summer, sweet and refreshing watermelons are one of the essential weapons for us to escape the heat. In the blink of an eye, it's the watermelon harvest season again. Watermelon feasts in various places are also kicking off one after another, and the watermelons are hitting the market in full swing.  

On May 25th, the watermelon field planted by Boss Huang Daiju in Dongshan Village, Yaquejing Town, Yiling District was opened for harvesting. There was an endless stream of vehicles coming to purchase her watermelons outside the watermelon sheds. Boss Huang was kept busy running back and forth among the watermelon sheds, and the joy of harvest was always on her face. This year, Boss Huang used the organic fertilizer fertilization plan guided by the technical team of Hubei Yishizhuang Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. In this season when the watermelons are ripe, she especially invited a group of people from the agrochemical team of Yishizhuang to come to the watermelon field to inspect and measure the sugar content of the watermelons and the chlorophyll content of the leaves.

    In this area of Boss Huang's watermelon sheds, the planting mode and experience from the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region were adopted in previous years, with an emphasis on the use of inorganic fertilizers and a small amount of organic fertilizers. This year, on the advice of Yishizhuang's agrochemical staff, based on the application of a certain brand of compound fertilizer, Xiyangyang organic fertilizer was used as the base fertilizer. Medium and trace elements were added in a timely manner during the operation. Later, three greenhouses were selected to conduct an experiment on flushing and applying Yishizhuang's fulvic acid bio-organic fertilizer to test its fertilization effect. Judging from the overall situation so far, the watermelons are growing well. The leaves are large and green, the main vines are thick, the internodes are short, the quality of the watermelons is good, their shapes are regular and beautiful, the flesh is bright red, juicy and sweet.

        According to the preliminary analysis of the measured values, on the basis of using Xiyangyang organic fertilizer as the base fertilizer, in the watermelon sheds (Shed 3 and Shed 4) where Yishizhuang fulvic acid bio-organic fertilizer is applied by flushing in the later stage, the vines in the watermelon field grow slightly stronger, and the average value of the chlorophyll content in the leaves is also higher than that in the sheds without such application. Yishizhuang fulvic acid bio-organic fertilizer can not only improve the soil's water and fertilizer retention capacity, but also increase the fertilizer utilization rate, and it can also improve the quality, sugar content and storage resistance of watermelons to a certain extent.

       During her busy schedule, Boss Huang told our technicians, "After using your organic fertilizer, the soil has been significantly improved. The leaves are dark green, and the diseases and pests are much less than in previous years. I will continue to use it in the future."
