On the morning of June 29th, Hubei Yishizhuang Company organized the activity of "Safety Open Class during the 'Safety Production Tour in Hubei'". Chen Xiuquan, the former county - level researcher of the Yichang Work Safety Supervision Bureau, was specially invited to give a special training on work safety laws and regulations.

At the beginning of the meeting, Zhen Xiangyu, the vice chairman of the company, and Zhao Jun, the general manager, respectively analyzed and summarized the production safety problems of employees in the first half of the year. Fortunately, there were no major safety accidents. However, there should be no slack in safety issues. In future work and production, leaders need to continue to strengthen the management of safety systems, and employees need to always have a scientific sense of safety, grasping problems early, small, and at the incipient stage, thinking comprehensively, carefully, and about all contingencies.

The occurrence of each accident means the fragmentation of a family, and each scene deeply stings the hearts of the employees present. He emphasized that there is only a starting point but no end point in work safety. Enterprises must put people first, carry out scientific management and refined development, and strengthen the investigation of potential safety hazards.

Finally, Deputy Director Chen Xiuquan summarized the current work safety situation, responsibilities, safety concepts, and how to do a good job in work safety. He put forward six key safety points for enterprises: strengthen the awareness of the red line, implement the safety development strategy, quickly establish and improve the work safety responsibility system, strengthen the implementation of the main responsibilities of enterprises, accelerate the reform and innovation in work safety supervision, comprehensively build a long - term mechanism, and leaders and cadres should be brave to take on responsibilities. Safety is productivity, and safety is responsibility; accidents can be prevented and avoided; if potential hazards are not addressed, it is equivalent to cultivating and brewing accidents; achievements in work safety cannot offset mistakes, and mistakes are unforgivable; caring for the lives of others is to cherish one's own life. These are the five safety concepts.
