Tailored for dealers in the southern region, this training integrated systematic courses, on-site inspections, experience sharing, seminars and cultural tourism activities, delivering an exclusive event featured with professional empowerment, in-depth idea exchanges and team cohesion.

A grand opening ceremony was held on the first day of the training. Leaders and experts from the company and universities attended and delivered speeches, marking the official launch of Yishizhuang’s systematic dealer training program — the "Huangpu Military Academy" Initiative.

On the opening day, participants visited Yishizhuang’s four major production bases in person. Against the backdrop of marketing transformation in the agrochemical industry, a dedicated new media empowerment module was specially arranged. Trainees learned to operate short videos, livestreaming and private domain communities, improving online customer acquisition and brand communication capabilities, and injecting digital momentum into traditional fertilizer sales.
