Yishizhuangs High-quality Potato Package Fertilization Plan Debuts in Duolun

On March 15th, the "Pact of Fertile Soil, Building a Bumper Harvest Together" Customer Appreciation Meeting jointly held by Hubei Yishizhuang and Inner Mongolia Mulun Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was grandly held at Duolun Nuor Hotel in Duolun County. More than 110 large-scale potato and carrot growers in the county and local banking institutions attended the meeting. Focusing on the core pain points such as local continuous cropping obstacles, soil compaction, and improvement of crop quality, the meeting released the "Yishizhuang High-quality Potato" package fertilization plan. Nearly 3 million yuan of fertilizer use agreements for 2025 were signed on the spot, precisely helping the "Granary in the Border Region" to improve quality and increase efficiency.

Facing the Planting Pain Points Directly: Targeted Solution to the Problem of Improving Potato Quality and Increasing Yield

At the meeting, Director Deng Tianming of the Agrochemical Service Center of Hubei Yishizhuang pointed out that the current potato production faces three major pain points:

First, the slow expansion of tubers, and the problems of deformed or cracked tubers.

Second, severe soil-borne diseases: Fungi (such as late blight, scab), bacteria (such as bacterial wilt), and nematodes (root knot nematodes) harm the quality of tubers.

Third, the lack of medium and trace elements and the low utilization rate of fertilizers.
And these problems are ultimately soil problems. Therefore, the prerequisite for solving the problem of improving potato quality and increasing yield is to solve the soil problems.

Exclusive Crop Plan: From Ensuring Yield to Improving Quality

Regarding the topdressing during the tuber expansion period of potatoes, Director Deng said, "Using the Shuangyuan series products of Yishizhuang, apply them according to the principle of medium nitrogen and light potassium before budding, and heavy potassium and light nitrogen after budding. The water-saving technology mode of integrating water and fertilizer can be adopted, dissolve the fertilizer in water, and directly transport the water and fertilizer to the root system to improve the utilization rate of water and fertilizer."

Since Yishizhuang's products entered Duolun in 2021, after nearly four years of demonstration tests, this package fertilization plan has been recognized by local planting technical experts. Ms. Qi Zhihui, the sales manager of Mulun Agriculture, shared at the meeting that Mr. Lin, a potato grower, applied Yishizhuang's full-process package fertilization plan on saline-alkali land plots, and the yield and quality of commercial potatoes were very good. Mr. Lin feedback, "The combination of these products has a very obvious effect on the improvement of saline-alkali land."
