Leaders of the Provincial Station Gather at Huifeng to Help Achieve Zero Growth of Chemical Fertilizers — Huifeng, Originating from Nature and Serving Nature

      Recently, an inspection team led by Station Chiefs Zhou and Lu of the Hubei Provincial Station for Cultivated Land Quality and Fertilizer Work paid a personal visit to Yichang Huifeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Accompanying them were Professor Lu Jianwei and Professor Zhao Zhuqing from Huazhong Agricultural University, as well as leaders from the Yichang Agricultural Bureau, the Dangyang Agricultural Bureau and other relevant departments.
The inspection team inspected the production equipment and production processes of Huifeng's organic fertilizers of our company. They recognized Huifeng Company's concept of focusing on green soil production and serving green agriculture. Meanwhile, they also put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on responding to the national goal of "zero growth" of chemical fertilizers.

       As soon as the inspection team arrived at Huifeng Company, they became interested in the production raw materials used by the company. Different from the organic fertilizer production plants they had visited before, in the past, there was always a stench of animal manure in the organic fertilizer production workshops, but in Huifeng, they didn't smell that kind of odor. It was introduced that from the source of the raw materials to the carriers for later fermentation, Huifeng Company uses pure plant-based organic components and does not contain any animal manure. The raw materials used in Huifeng Company's production are food-grade yeast liquid provided by Angel Yeast. It not only contains rich organic matter components but also amino acids, humic acids, proteins, nucleic acids, etc., and is rich in nutrients to meet the diversity of nutrient requirements of crops. The carriers for fermentation are also tobacco stems, soybean cakes, etc., which is why Huifeng's organic fertilizer can kill underground pests and harmful bacteria. Under the leadership of General Manager Liu, the inspection team conducted on-site inspections of Huifeng's production raw materials respectively. Indeed, as described, the production raw materials completely come from plants themselves. This is the characteristic of Huifeng: originating from nature, serving nature, paying attention to green production, and serving green agriculture.

      Subsequently, the inspection team visited the production workshop. Four production lines were busily at work. As an organic fertilizer production enterprise with an annual production capacity of up to 100,000 tons, Huifeng's products have always been favored by farmers. The key to producing organic fertilizers lies in whether the raw materials are fully decomposed. Huifeng Company has always been strict in quality control to ensure that every package of organic fertilizer can reach the market only after being fully decomposed, and this was confirmed when the inspection team visited Huifeng's organic fertilizer fermentation workshop.
Huifeng Company's two-stage fermentation process is already quite mature technically. During the first indoor fermentation, the raw materials are stacked about 2 to 4 meters high. The control of temperature, moisture, and the turning mechanism is all automated by machinery, ensuring that the temperature and moisture are at appropriate levels during the fermentation process, meeting the requirements for aerobic fermentation and avoiding the occurrence of anaerobic fermentation. The first fermentation lasts for about a week, enabling most of the raw materials to be fully decomposed. Then, it enters the outdoor fermentation stage. The neatly stacked piles of raw materials, which are about 1.5 meters high and can be seen by us, are in the second process of fermentation. This fermentation ensures that all raw materials can be completely decomposed. Some of them are directly used for granulating organic fertilizers, and for the part that needs to be inoculated with bacteria, manual or mechanical inoculation is carried out to produce organic fertilizers containing biological bacteria. The production quality of Huifeng's organic fertilizers has been highly recognized by the inspection team.

      Then, the inspection team also inspected the production workshops of organic-inorganic fertilizers, the production workshop of water-soluble powder sprays, the packaging workshop, etc. Everyone thought that Huifeng Company was indeed doing practical and significant work.
Finally, the inspection team came to the company's office building for a meeting and discussion. Station Chief Zhou first highly praised Huifeng Company's dedication to the production of green organic fertilizers, and then provided directional guidance for the company's future development. During the meeting, everyone showed a strong interest in the water-soluble powder spray brought in. Station Chief Lu even conducted an experiment himself. When he put the powder spray into a transparent water cup filled with water, in less than one minute, the water-soluble powder spray had completely dissolved in the water, and the color of the water turned into a uniform color similar to that of tea. Then Station Chief Lu poured the water with the dissolved powder spray into another transparent cup. We could see that there was no residue at all in the original cup that had contained the water-soluble powder spray. Station Chief Lu said happily, "This product has great market potential. Not only is it a very effective and valuable product as a raw material, but also in promoting the integration of water and fertilizer in the future, as an organic fertilizer added to the integration of water and fertilizer, it will have great development space." Everyone fully agreed with this.

       At the end of the meeting, Professor Lu Jianwei said, "I have been collaborating with General Manager Liu for many years. Since we started to cooperate on Yishizhuang's special formulated fertilizers, we have achieved excellent results.
