Reporter: Could you please introduce in detail the development situation of Yishizhuang special fertilizer for rape?

Reporter: Teacher Du, you have a technical background. How do you view the innovation of Yishizhuang?

Teacher Du: Yishizhuang has always been committed to innovation. What does it rely on for innovation? Firstly, it is the cooperation with universities, colleges, and scientific research institutes. Over the years, it has closely cooperated with the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Agricultural Regional Planning and the Tea Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the College of Resources and Environment of Huazhong Agricultural University, Zhengzhou University, the National Technology Promotion Center for Phosphate and Compound Fertilizers, the Hubei Engineering Center for New Fertilizers, the Provincial Soil and Fertilizer Station, and the agricultural departments of various cities, counties, and districts. It has successively undertaken and completed projects such as "Correction Fertilization and High-Quality Cultivation of Citrus" in the National Citrus Industry System, the key project of the National Science and Technology Support Plan during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, "Trial Production and Demonstration Fertilizer Production of High-Efficiency Special Fertilizers for Rice and Rape", the special project for the construction of the Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, "Research on High-Efficiency and Safe Fertilization Technology and Special Fertilizers for Major Vegetables", and the Spark Program of Hubei Province, "Development and Application of Special Fertilizers for Pollution-Free Vegetables in Mountainous Areas". The "Research on Crop Special Fertilizers" won the first prize of scientific and technological achievements of the Yichang Municipal People's Government. The special fertilizer formulas for multiple crops such as rape, rice, and citrus have obtained national patents, and the formula fertilizer for cotton is currently applying for a national patent. The company attaches great importance to the upgrading of products. For example, we have developed a new generation of special fertilizer for rice, which basically meets the growth needs of super rice. In the past, we only had general hybrid rice varieties, that is, only nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium needed to be applied, regardless of the region and variety. But now the concept of super rice is completely different. Not only nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium need to be applied, but also zinc and silicon. The demand for silicon in rice is very large, far exceeding that of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Because the return rate of silicon nutrients has been very low in recent years.
