3. Conduct a tillage and loosen the soil in a timely manner. Apply spring germination fertilizer to the tangerine orchards with slight frost damage. For tangerine orchards with severe frost damage, thin fertilizers should be applied frequently.

4. Prevent and control pests and diseases in a timely manner.
