We gather at Yishizhuang by fate, and our feelings are tied to Xiyangyang.

The atmosphere of the New Year has gradually faded away. Everyone has packed their bags and set out on their journey. When we look back on the past year again, what impressed us the most is undoubtedly our annual company gathering.

On the evening of February 1st, 2016, all the employees of Yishizhuang and HSBC gathered at the site of the New Year's Gala with the theme of "Gathering at Yishizhuang by Fate and Connecting with Joy Affectionately". More than 200 people at the venue celebrated the Spring Festival together, bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new one. 

The whole event fully demonstrated the unity and mutual assistance of our Yishizhuang. In the early preparation stage, everyone pooled their ideas and actively put forward their own opinions, striving to make the planning of the gala program exquisite so that the gala could be held perfectly as scheduled. During the gala, under the arrangement of the person in charge, each department also actively cooperated and gave full play to their own advantages within their capabilities.

First of all, the company leaders delivered speeches, which both summarized the past and looked ahead to the future. General Manager Liu's words instantly warmed and relaxed the tired hearts of our company employees, and filled us with confidence and enthusiasm for future work.

During the gala, the most eye-catching performances were undoubtedly the singing and dancing. We were close to each other, singing and dancing, and laughing heartily along with the rhythm of the dance.

The atmosphere was relaxed, and everyone enjoyed drinking freely. The leaders poured wine for the special guests and all the colleagues present. On the one hand, it was to express sincere gratitude; on the other hand, it was to show encouragement, hoping that everyone would make persistent efforts in the new year and achieve better results.

We not only had a great time with delicious food and drinks, but also enjoyed wonderful singing. After listening to one powerful and robust tenor song after another, and one sweet, melodious and elegant alto song after another, our enthusiasm was lifted to a new height. The sales elites of Yishizhuang were not to be outdone either. They presented a bold and unrestrained chorus, which instantly set the stage on fire. The song fully revealed their relaxed and excited mood.

During the gala, we danced to the rhythm of the music to our heart's content. In the game session, we also devoted ourselves wholeheartedly. As the games on the stage reached one climax after another, the laughter of all the employees present resounded one after another.

After having enough to eat and drink, enjoying ourselves with games and singing, when we feel tired, we can dance gracefully and sing softly, giving our excited hearts a temporary buffer. Let the beautiful dance moves take us back to the distant place in our hearts and recall the slow-paced life we once had.

The passion should not fade, and our surprises keep coming. After each round of performance, there is a big prize giveaway. Every time the numbers are rolling, our hearts are in suspense. Who knows, maybe it will be our turn before we even realize it?

There are truly many hidden talents in our Yishizhuang, and the talents keep emerging. Our Factory Director Li has composed an original song titled "The Role Model of Yishizhuang People". It is out of love that he wrote this song, and it is out of love that his true feelings are revealed.

Despite his busy schedule, Factory Director Li also took the time to write a poem titled "The Trendsetter" and dedicated it to the leaders. This is telling us that life is like taking a train. We should not just blindly pursue reaching the destination, but instead, we should learn to appreciate the scenery along the way and cultivate our sentiment.

On this evening, everyone was both an audience member and a performer! On this evening, we witnessed the actors' dedicated performances, the singers' sincere emotions, the dancers' graceful postures, and the full engagement in the games. We also saw the audience listening quietly and enjoying the wonderful 3.5 hours. They had been working hard throughout the year, and they truly needed such an atmosphere to release their stress. On this evening, we all enjoyed ourselves without a moment of tranquility. On such a night, everyone constantly conveyed feelings of love and words of gratitude.

During the whole event, I felt that the harmonious theme ran through the entire process! I truly understood the saying that "home is a haven for the soul."

Meeting each other is a melodious song, getting to know each other is a cup of mellow wine, getting along is like a wild goose flying south, and understanding each other is like an ancient vine. At this moment of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new one, we Yishizhuang people write with our own enthusiasm about our determination to strive in our work and the deep brotherly bond that is hard to part with.
