【Focus】Business Skills Competition: Compete and Learn to Set Up Advanced Examples

In order to meet the requirements of modern agricultural technology, improve the skill levels of business managers at the front line of marketing, and create an intelligent, learning-oriented, innovative and comprehensive marketing team as well as leading sales talents, Hubei Yishizhuang Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. took the opportunity when all sales staff gathered at the company to report on their work before the Spring Festival and carefully planned and organized a business skills competition activity to evaluate and honor the advanced and set good examples.

This activity consists of three parts: Firstly, it is a small video evaluation activity for salespersons to showcase their on-site business skills; Secondly, it is a written examination based on agricultural technology knowledge and sales-related knowledge; Thirdly, it is a professional knowledge conference PPT presentation and report aimed at demonstrating the presentation and speaking abilities.

Through the careful evaluation of the evaluation team and in combination with the actual combat performance of salespersons in various regions in 2016, this activity has selected a total of 4 gold medal salespersons, 7 silver medal salespersons and 1 best advertising creative staff.
